1. Refund Eligibility:
• Self-Paced Courses: Refunds are available for self-paced courses within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Live Sessions and Workshops: Refunds for live training sessions and workshops are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Consulting Packages: Consulting services are non-refundable once the initial session has taken place. However, if you need to reschedule, we require a 48-hour notice.
2. No Refunds for Completed Services and No-shows: We do not offer refunds once a course, session, or service has been completed or there was a no-show.
