Refund Policy

At FPC Consulting Services we are committed to providing high-quality online training and consulting services designed to support your professional growth. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

 

1. Refund Eligibility:

• Self-Paced Courses: Refunds are available for self-paced courses within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

• Live Sessions and Workshops: Refunds for live training sessions and workshops are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Consulting Packages: Consulting services are non-refundable once the initial session has taken place. However, if you need to reschedule, we require a 48-hour notice.
 

2. No Refunds for Completed Services and No-shows: We do not offer refunds once a course, session, or service has been completed or there was a no-show.
 

3. Exceptional Circumstances: If you have an exceptional circumstance, such as a medical emergency, please reach out to us at info@fpcconsultingservices.com or call us on (945) 209-3257. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis to determine if a partial refund or credit is applicable.
 

4. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at info@fpcconsultingservices.com with your purchase details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
